Fits all Austin Air HM250 HealthMate Plus junior size air purifiers. Offers the same protection as the HealthMate filter, but includes potassium iodide to provide greater relief for individuals with severe chemical sensitivities. Uses a combination of HEPA material and a carbon/zeolite mixture to capture airborne particles and absorb odours or gases in the air. Designed to remove 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns and 95% of particles down to 0.1 microns. For best performance this filter needs to be changed every 5 years, or sooner depending on personal preference. Genuine Austin Air filter cartridge includes the PERMAFILT pre-wrap filter. Choose filter colour option depending on colour of Austin Air air purification unit.
