Miele Complete C3 Excellence Vacuum Cleaner

I love this vacuum! This is the second Miele I've purchased. I banged on my old one for over 20 years. No messy canisters to clean and empty. Glides over floors like a charm. I also appreciate new design upgrades such as; quiet function, lighter weight, longer telescoping handle - great for tall people not having to bend over. This vacuum it great for pets and the power head is a must for our household. I also had a husky and this vacuum did the job betty than any Dyson.

I have purchased two meile vacuums from Mchardy and have been completely satisfied. I broke a part some time ago and they sent a replacement within the week. Both my machines were made in Germany and of excellent quality with long waranty. Always a pleasant experience with Mchardy. I highly recommend them

Well folks, this is it. The vacuum to rule them all. Some context: This vacuum is being used in a home with a toddler, a Siberian husky that sheds a pound of fur per hour, it seems, and is filled with a ton of floating fine dust roaming from our garage workshop we use for our renovations. I had incredibly high expectations of a premium-priced unit like this but they were exceeded so profoundly that I had to sign in just to leave a raving review. Let me share the revelation I've had while using this machine: vacuuming is all about the filtration. Great suction matters, of course, but if some of the dust you're pulling floats back out (and at high-pressure), you're only partially doing a good job, right? So here's the deal, you can buy an optional HEPA filter that makes this Miele trap 99.995% of all dust particles and I'll be damned if this marketing trope isn't probably exactly accurate. The bag, motor, and HEPA filter create a mind-shattering 11 layers of filtering. 11. That is completely absurd - and awesome. No kidding, the air coming out of the vacuum, I'd bet, is actually cleaner than the household air we're breathing all day long. How crazy is that? This machine traps dust permanently. The inside of the vacuum is sparkling clean after every vacuuming, without fail. Let's make sure this sinks in... the inside of the vacuum is absolutely spotless to the touch, meaning that the bag (also acting as the thickest filter) is doing a mind-blowing job of filtering the very fine dust particles, and that's even before the air reaches the HEPA filter. Let's not even get into the accessories (which are great), the durability, the suction power which can be reduced for specific tasks like curtains and high-pile rugs, or even multiple parking spots for the telescoping wand. This vacuum is the Bentley of the vacuum world. Power like you wouldn't believe, elite-tier filtration which is a game-changer for allergies and pet owners alike and dear god, it does all of this QUIETLY. The quietest vacuum (except for central vacs) I've ever used, bar none. Unbelievable purchase. Can't believe I'd ever be the one to leave a review like this for a... vacuum. Well worth it. Would buy again instantly without an ounce of regret.

My second Miele Vacuum - works so nicely. I do not love the floor attachment it came (it has a metal piece and I'm not sure about using it on a nice floor...) with so I ordered the standard floor brush. Other than this its A+

This is by far the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. I’m just sorry I waited so long to get it! I have a large Siberian black cat who sheds like crazy. Not a problem with my Miele! My 2 oriental carpets are so easy to keep clean now. Thank you McHardy!

I bought it after some research and so far have no regrets. It's my first Miele product. It's powerful, easy to move around, has a few additional brushes for different purposes, excellent for cleaning bare floors, carpets and a car interior . I really love it.

Bought this Miele to replace my very old Miele that had the hose break off. Vacuum was so old replacement parts were no longer available. Obviously otherwise happy enough with my old Miele for me to buy a new one. I ducktaped the old one and still use it downstairs so I don't have to carry them up and down the stairs.

I've converted from being a Dyson fan to a Miele fan. These vacuums are leaps and bounds better. I love everything about the engineering and design, what really stood out was how much quieter it was compared to my Dyson. Even on the strongest suction level, I can converse with my wife, and my dog isn't running scared from the vacuum. Absolutely love this machine.

Great vacuum, great price. Quiet and powerful, good in all situations. Our first Miele is still going strong after ten years. After years of bad vacuum cleaners, I love them. Excellent service too.
