Central Vacuum Vac Pan Sweep Inlet Stainless Steel

I purchased a complete built in vacuum system from McHardy. Customer service was excellent. I am disappointed with the descriptors associated to this product. This product is not stainless steel despite being described so both on the web site and on the product packaging. The product is plastic with a silver coating. As always McHardy offered to refund the product with free return shipping however the disappointment lies in having ordered an overpriced product that is not as advertised. McHardy Response: Thanks for posting your review and we're sorry about the misconception of the product. We've updated the description to reflect the fact that it is made of the same plastic as the other vac pans. We looked into the pricing and we feel that it is fair that it is the same price as all of the other vac pans on our website.
