Very happy with my purchase although at first, I ordered it because it was in stock but i learned afterwards that it was backorder.On the moment I was a bit worried since I had already paid for it. Finally I was quickly contacted by McHardy who reassured me and assured me they were going to have it in a few weeks. I finally received my replacement brush 2 weeks later as promised and it works perfectly. The previous vacuum store i went to get one in Montreal told me that model and part was discontinued and I had to buy a new vaccum.
I am glad I found McHardy, a canadian company, since they had it.

We received the Dyson Triggerhead Turbine Nozzle quite quickly. Its a genuine part and seems to work better than the original! It was also a little cheaper than the Dyson website at the time of purchase. Very happy.

I received my replacement Dyson Triggerhead nozzle attachment very quickly after ordering. The triggerhead is working perfectly well including stop/starting of the bristle head which I don't believe my original ever worked properly. Very happy.
