Very happy with my purchase although at first, I ordered it because it was in stock but i learned afterwards that it was backorder.On the moment I was a bit worried since I had already paid for it. Finally I was quickly contacted by McHardy who reassured me and assured me they were going to have it in a few weeks. I finally received my replacement brush 2 weeks later as promised and it works perfectly. The previous vacuum store i went to get one in Montreal told me that model and part was discontinued and I had to buy a new vaccum. I am glad I found McHardy, a canadian company, since they had it. Thank you Mc Hardy!

We ordered the power head early December but it was held up in Ontario. I contacted McHardy Vacuum and Rebecca tracked it down and was very helpful in getting the part on its way!
