The agitator (brushbar) is the main component of the central vacuum powerhead. When spinning the bristles make contact with the carpet surface and loosen dirt and debris moving them into the suction path. Works with the Beam Q200 Alliance powerhead. If the bristles are worn or if the end caps are damaged the agitator will need to be replaced to maintain proper cleaning performance. Genuine Beam vacuum part: 155283.
