Austin Air's newest air purifier called the Immunity Machine combines all of Austin Air's filtration into one model.  A 400 CFM (cubic feet per minute) motor fan will clean the air of an average size bedroom in about 15 minutes.  Starting from the outside you will notice that these machines are made of solid steel like all Austin Air purifiers.  The reason for this is Austin Air believes in using as little plastic as possible benefiting those who are sensitive to chemicals and off gassing that can occur from plastic and Styrofoam.  The bodies are painted with a baked on powder coating to ensure that all chemicals and gasses are eliminated throughout the baking process. That way when you open the box you won't have to wait for your new air purifier to off-gas in your home.  Even the casters and switch knob have been off-gassed in the factory before being installed. The Immunity Machine has the most stages of filtration within the Austin Air family. There are 8 in total which begins with large particle filtration that captures visible dirt such as dust and hair. The next 2 stages capture smaller almost invisible particles such as mould spores and dander. The remaining 5 stages captures what you cannot see such as smoke, gasses, odours, formaldehyde and almost anything other than the pure air you want to breathe. The filter stages are outline as follows:

Stages 1 & 2: Prefilters – Medium and Large Prefilters capture visible dust, pet dander, pollen, and mold spores.

Stages 3–6: Four-Part Granular Defense Combo – A multiphase mix of granulated carbon, impregnated carbon, zeolite, and impregnated zeolite adsorbs odors, VOCs, formaldehyde, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, and other harmful gases.

Stage 7: Medical-Grade HEPA – Removes 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns and 99% down to 0.1 microns, including viruses, bacteria, allergens, and microplastics.

Stage 8: HEGA Carbon Cloth – A military-grade filter originally designed for chemical, biological, and nuclear defense, eliminating the most dangerous ultra-fine contaminants including viruses.
