Sanitaire SC5505A Eon Allergen Commercial Upright Vacuum Cleaner
Designed to meet the needs of busy commercial settings is the Sanitaire SC5505A Eon Allergen vacuum. With its bagged system and sealed HEPA filtration the SC5505A is the first commercial vacuum to be certified Allergy and Asthma friendly by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (when used with the Premium Synthetic RL bags). Paired with a 68dBA reading the Eon Allergen can be used during regular hours without fear of interruptions making it ideal for use in restaurants, hotels, schools, retail stores, and businesses.
The included crevice tool and upholstery brush attaches to the end of the hose allowing for cleaning of door frames, windowsills, and shelves. A four setting height adjustment means the brush bar can be raised or lowered to adjust for low or thick pile carpeting. For increased performance the brush roll check light will indicate if there is too much resistance on the bristles. If this is the case the brush bar will need to be cleaned of any buildup, or the height adjustment needs to be raised.
A quick change cord allows the operator to replace the power cord without tools - simply unplug the cord from the external port and plug in the replacement cord. On board sensors indicate when the bag needs to be change, or if there is a clog within the vacuum. In the event of a jam or clog the blockage can be easily removed by opening the clean out port that is built into the carpet nozzle. This keeps downtime to a minimum.
