Dyson discontinued the genuine hose and this is the best available aftermarket version to keep your dyson going. 

Replacement hose for all Dyson DC25 and DC29 vacuum cleaners. Includes clips that allow hose to connect to the vacuum, and the lower cord hook. If original hose is torn, cracked, or ripped it is recommended to replace the hose. Genuine Dyson part: 915677-09 has been discontinued by Dyson.

    Wasn't in stock, had to wait about a month to get it. Price was slightly cheaper than Dyson's website.
