Fits most TriStar and Compact vacuums. This filter replaces the inner filter that covers the motor providing HEPA filtration prior to the dirty air passing through the motor. Most exhaust (post-motor) filters have been discontinued and this is an ideal alternative. For optimum performance and extended motor life, replace vacuum filter every 18 months.
