We had our Dyson head cleaner fail and found a replacement at a very competitive price at McHardy. The part was on back order and we were informed immediately that there would be a delay and then also received a follow up email a couple weeks later to advise that the part was now in stock and was being shipped out. We then received our order within a few days of it being in stock. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive a hand written thank you note included with the part - very nice customer experience.
